Required:

• Content Creation:
  Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video content for products, campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Capture content for e-commerce (product shots, lifestyle imagery, lookbooks)
• Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and digital ads
• Editing & Post-Production:
  Edit photos and videos to align with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Colour-correct, retouch, and enhance imagery for consistency and quality
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design where required

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and campaign ideas
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, identity, and target audience
• Adapt content formats for different platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, website, email, in-store screens)

• Manage shoot setups including lighting, composition, and equipment
• Organise, store, and maintain a structured digital asset library
• Stay up to date with trends in photography, videography, and social media content

• Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or content creator (retail, food photography or lifestyle brand experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video, and editing work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for social media and e-commerce platforms
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer retail brands
• Knowledge of social media trends and performance-driven content
• Experience with studio and on-location shoots
• Drone or advanced camera operation experience

• Creative with a strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
