About The Client

A Kuwait-based organization operating within the food and beverage sector for more than a decade. Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

• Develop and lead the learning and development strategy across all concepts and locations. This includes:
• Frontline training: guest service, menu and product knowledge, and service standards.
• Operational training: restaurant procedures, food safety, and consistent execution across locations.
• Work with operational leaders to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
• Design, prepare, and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and learning programs.
• Oversee onboarding, service standards, product knowledge, operational training, and leadership development.
• Build training plans for newt openings and support teams through launch.
• Develop internal trainers and coach managers to reinforce learning on the job.
• Maintain consistent training standards while adapting content to each restaurant concept.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and operational performance indicators.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
• 5 years senior L&D experience in the food &beverage, or hospitality organization.
• Strong training design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of thefood & beverage operations and service standards.
• Experience developing leaders and managing training teams.
• Ability to measure training outcomes and improve programs.
