DEI & Culture Instructor

For upcoming DEI & Culture briefs, we are looking for a strong Instructor who can engage professional audiences linked to Kuwait City and surrounding markets.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on DEI & Culture credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Kuwait City, Kuwait, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision‑making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day‑to‑day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Clear subject‑matter credibility in DEI & Culture; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgement, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client‑facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
