The Role
To lead the Compliance Department and ensure the company fulfills its legal, regulatory, and supervisory obligations. The role reports to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, with administrative linkage to the CEO, and provides written reports on key compliance risks, material compliance issues, regulatory actions, and AML/CTF matters. Responsibilities include strengthening the company's ethical culture, identifying and assessing legal and regulatory obligations, ensuring appropriate policies and controls are implemented and monitored, conducting compliance training, addressing violations, performing periodic self‑assessments, and overseeing AML and CTF frameworks.

An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Approved professional certifications in Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), Counter‑Terrorism Financing (CTF), and/or Regulatory Compliance as per IRU requirements.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in the insurance, financial, legal, administrative, or related fields.
- Completion of specialized training courses in the relevant field or job‑related skill courses.
