- Support in the expansion of the Investor Relations (IR) function through assisting in the preparation of all IR material, handling communication to external parties including rating agencies and the investment community.
- Assist in the preparation of the Group's annual reports.
- Establish relationships with analysts and fund managers to build trust and maintain ongoing communication
- Develop banking system analysis and market dynamics to assist in understanding banking trends and support decision making
- Develop and manage internal data base for regional and international banks
- Perform peer reviews and comparable analysis for different banking systems
- Regular communication with the investment community, rating agencies and handling other external party requests
- Creating and updating presentations, fact documents and other IR material
- Analysis of banks performance both locally and regionally and preparing competitor analysis reports and highlight trends and directions
- Define all relevant investor relations information & interpret data for benchmarking enterprise performance purpose.
- Facilitate to collect investor information and support to prepare quarterly and yearly reports for shareholders.
- Develop, update and maintain Investor Relation database.
- Analyze and summarize financial as well as operational information developed by third-parties about industry and company.
- Preparing summary of feedback reports on market performance and sell side views.
- Bachelor or Master's degree with concentration in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
- CFA chartered or other finance related certifications a plus
- 5+ years of experience required
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver presentations
- Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers
- Strong computer skills with MS office proficiency
- Ability to develop an understanding of macro-economic data and trends
