Capitex is seeking a techno-functional Card Fraud Operations Specialist to support a card fraud transformation programme for a leading financial institution. The role is hands-on, focused on optimising fraud detection systems, tuning rules and thresholds, and strengthening card fraud operations end-to-end.
Approximately 75% technical work with 25% business engagement, translating operational needs into system configuration. Strong, current FICO Falcon experience is essential.
