Solutions by stc is seeking a Roaming Senior Specialist in Kuwait City to establish and manage roaming relationships with overseas operators. You will lead negotiations on commercial agreements, tariffs, and settlements, and oversee interconnect reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation to ensure revenue accuracy.
The role involves managing RAP/TAP processing, test SIM monitoring, system performance, and collaboration with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to drive timely settlements and process
