Senior Credit & Collection Controller

Gulf Group co. is looking for an experienced Senior Credit & Collection Controller to join our Finance team in Kuwait.

As a company specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Contracting, Facility Management, and After-Sales Services
, we are seeking a results-driven professional with strong experience in credit control and collections.

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Manage aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Review customer credit limits and assess credit risks.
• Conduct collection negotiations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Review contracts and payment terms to minimize financial risk.
• Prepare collection reports and support month-end financial activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Proven experience in managing aging reports, client accounts, and achieving collection targets.
• Experience in contract review, customer negotiations, and credit risk assessment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred.
• Previous experience in the MEP contracting, construction, engineering, facility management, or after-sales services sectors is highly preferred.
• Valid driving license is required.
