stc Kuwait is recruiting for a Roaming Senior Specialist to establish and manage roaming relationships with overseas operators. The role oversees reporting, reconciliation, invoicing, and dispute resolution to ensure accurate billing and revenue assurance.
The ideal candidate will negotiate commercial terms, tariffs, and settlement rates while coordinating with IT and Finance for timely settlements and performance improvements.
