We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join one of the Power Solutions companies located in Kuwait :

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software, ensuring proper documentation for financial reporting.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing to support cash flow management.

Reconcile bank statements with internal records on a monthly basis to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and insights.

Participate in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.

Prepare necessary documentation for financial audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Organize financial files and documentation for compliance and easy access.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations to enhance overall efficiency.
