Capitex is seeking an experienced L2 Fraud Analyst to join the bank's digital fraud operation in Kuwait City. You will handle complex escalated cases, own investigations end-to-end, and provide guidance to L1 analysts while coordinating with a fraud data analyst.
You will work on high-stakes digital banking fraud typologies, ensure timely decisions under SLAs, and support documentation and SAR/STR referrals where needed. Kuwait onsite commitment is required for months 3–6.
