Capitex is building a fraud operations team for a leading Kuwaiti bank's 24/7 digital fraud operations function. The engagement is 6 months, with the first two months remote and onsite Kuwait City from Month 3 onward.
An L2 Fraud Analyst will own escalated alerts, handle complex cases, and guide L1 analysts. Role requires 4+ years in fraud operations, experience with FICO Falcon/NICE Actimise/SAS Fraud Management, and strong English case narration.
