Principal - Cash Management Products

The principal – Cash Management Products supports the VP – Head of Products, Global Cash Management in the implementation, commercialization, and ongoing enhancement of Cash Management and Transaction Banking products across the Bank's corporate client segments. The role provides product expertise to support sales teams during client engagements, particularly for complex cash management, liquidity, and receivables solutions, while contributing to business growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.

The incumbent also assists in structuring tailored solutions, managing product-related initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of Cash Management services across the NBK footprint.

• Assist the VP – Head of Products, Global Cash Management in implementing, enhancing, and commercializing Cash Management products and solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Collections & Receivables, Virtual Accounts, and related Transaction Banking products.
• Support Relationship Managers and Sales teams in client meetings, presentations, RFPs, and technical discussions.
• Participate in the structuring and negotiation of complex cash management deals, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and Bank objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and recommend appropriate cash management solutions.
• Coordinate with implementation, operations, technology, and relationship teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of solutions.
• Support product development initiatives by identifying market opportunities, customer requirements, and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing product proposals, business cases, pricing structures, and sales materials.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to support continuous product enhancement.
• Contribute to achieving business, revenue, and liability growth objectives for the Cash Management business.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing) or master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Transaction Banking, Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking will be an added advantage.

• Experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking Solutions.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Cash Management products to Corporate and Commercial Banking customers.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Liquidity Management Solutions (LMS)
• Virtual Account Management Platform (VAMP)
• Strong understanding of corporate operations, working capital optimization, and receivables management.
• Experience in delivering customer presentations, product demonstrations and commercial negotiation.
