Financial Director

Diversified Multi-Company Group | Direct Chairman Access | All Nationalities

A privately owned, diversified group operating across Kuwait and the GCC is seeking a hands-on Finance Director to lead and transform its group finance function.

This is not a reporting-only position.
You will work directly with the Chairman, influence major business decisions, strengthen financial discipline across multiple companies, and build a scalable finance function that supports the Group’s future growth
.

• Lead group financial strategy, planning, reporting, and controls
• Standardise finance processes and reporting across all entities
• Manage banking relationships, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital
• Evaluate investments, expansion opportunities, and major business decisions
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, governance, and management reporting
• Develop and lead finance teams across the Group
• Provide the Chairman with clear, commercially focused financial advice

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing finance across multiple companies or legal entities
• Strong GCC experience and understanding of owner-led or diversified groups
• Hands-on exposure to treasury, banking facilities, budgeting, reporting, and controls
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution
• Currently based in Kuwait — mandatory
• Big Four experience, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications, and successful ERP implementation experience are strong advantages.
