Finance Manager (MEP​/ Engineering

To manage all financial activities of the company, ensuring sound financial planning, project-based cost control, accounting accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting operational decisions, managing risk, and enhancing the company's financial performance across MEP and engineering projects.

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with project managers to analyse cost-to-complete and project profitability.
• Maintain general ledger and oversee AR, AP, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Manage and optimize financial modules in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Provide financial input for project bids, tender pricing, and feasibility studies.
• Support management with financial models and investment analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, with 3+ years in MEP or engineering/construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to lead teams and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
