Key Responsibilities-

• IFRS 17 related activities (e.g. actuarial calculations review the implementation guidelines, PAA eligibility testing, OCT, RA calculation, etc.)
• Working on Reconciling data if needed
• Interact with the group in reserving valuation and reviewing/updating IFRS 17 policy decisions and related assumptions and methodologies
• Reserving calculation and reviews of Appointed Actuary
• Working on and understanding different LOBs including Life, Medical and P&C.
• Working with finance to discuss and analyze financial results
• Working with multiple sources of data to identify and utilize most relevant source to complete task.
• Ensure overall data integrity. Draw together facts and input from a variety of sources; make recommendations to management and related departments.
• Support the senior management and the decision-making process with Reserves, Reinsurance and IFRS 17 policies of the company and its subsidiaries
• Creates reports on company performance for management.
• Participate in both formal and informal training sessions
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science.
• 1-3 years of experience in actuarial field.
• Commitment toward completion Actuarial Examination Program, which includes progress toward the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation/IFoA.
• Experience with RAFM, Resq, PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Practical experience in IFRS 17 implementation
