• Support the month end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and variance reports, providing insights to management on financial performance
• Partner with Field Operations Managers and Superintendents to investigate and explain expense variances
• Assist with year end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis for operations and corporate stakeholders
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting month end deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, with up to 2 years of accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communicator who can collaborate successfully within a team and build strong working relationships across the organization
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
