- Lead the overall Cost Control function at corporate/head office level.
- Oversee cost management across the company’s projects and portfolio.
- Monitor budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, and cost performance.
- Establish and implement company-wide cost control procedures and standards.
- Review project cost reports, identify variances, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead cost forecasting, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Operations.
- Present cost performance and key risks to senior management.
- Lead and develop the Cost Control team.
- 20+ years of experience in Cost Control within a major contracting/construction firm.
- Proven experience at Director / Head of Cost Control level.
- Recent GCC experience
- Head Office-based candidates
