Chief Finance Officer

A well-established automotive company in Kuwait, representing leading international brands and delivering comprehensive sales and after-sales services within the Automotive business.

Lead the Group's overall financial strategy and performance by driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term business planning to support sustainable growth and shareholder value. Oversee financial reporting, treasury and liquidity management, risk governance, and the financial performance of key portfolios while ensuring strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Provide strategic financial leadership across capital allocation, funding structures, investments, and business expansion initiatives, while optimizing systems, processes, and operational efficiency.

Build and develop a high‑performing finance organization and act as a strategic advisor to senior management and the Board on financial performance, risk, and long‑term value creation.

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field ; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) strongly preferred.
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience , with strong capability in financial strategy, capital structure, and long‑term business planning.
• Solid Automotive sector experience , covering retail, distribution, leasing, or financing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in treasury, liquidity management, portfolio financing , and high‑level stakeholder engagement with banks, lenders, and the Board.
• Strong governance and risk leadership across financial controls, compliance, audits, and enterprise risk management , with the ability to advise the CEO and Board on strategic financial decisions
• Must be residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
