Head of Custody, Middle Office & Fund Administration

We are looking for an experienced Head of Custody, Middle Office & Fund Administration to lead fund administration, middle-office operations, custody coordination and operational risk controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

• Oversee middle-office activities, including investment guideline monitoring, transaction coordination and risk controls.
• Manage fund administration and the full fund lifecycle, including structuring, regulatory filings, approvals, amendments and closures.
• Monitor fund performance and investment limits, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of deviations.
• Oversee KYC, client onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions and ownership declarations.
• Manage relationships with custodians, fund administrators, subscription providers, legal advisors and other third parties.
• Ensure fund documentation, contracts and regulatory requirements remain up to date.
• Supervise fund reporting, fact sheets, analytics and market benchmarking.
• Lead and develop the team while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in fund administration, middle office, custody, asset management or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role

• Strong knowledge of investment products, asset classes, fund operations and regulatory requirements

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• CIPM, CCAM or relevant investment/asset management certification is an advantage.
