A prestigious investment and wealth management firm in Kuwait is seeking a seasoned Vice President – Middle Office Operations to join its leadership team. This role is for an accomplished professional who can elevate operational excellence, strengthen reporting infrastructure, and drive strategic initiatives across the investment platform.
This role presents an opportunity to influence firm‑wide performance, partner directly with portfolio and investment leaders, and build high‑quality operational capabilities that support regional business growth.
The RoleAs VP – Middle Office Operations, you will lead critical reporting, analytics, client‑facing deliverables, and control functions that ensure operational integrity and outstanding client experience. You will shape scalable processes, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and oversee data governance across investment products.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Reporting Leadership- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of reports, institutional client reporting, and investment fund fact sheets.
- Establish strong governance and quality control across all analytical publications and reporting streams.
- Maintain and enhance Bloomberg templates and data‑driven reporting systems.
- Lead the production of quarterly pitchbooks, executive dashboards, and client review presentations.
- Ensure messaging, performance insights, and analytics align with front‑office strategy.
- Act as the senior liaison for internal/external audit, compliance, and risk reviews.
- Drive operational strengthening initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversee account maintenance on Bloomberg, Fact Set, CRM, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Fund Administration to accelerate onboarding and ensure accurate client data governance.
- Oversee monthly performance and risk analytical reporting for internal front‑office teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field;
Master’s or CFA/FRM/CAIA is highly advantageous. - 10+ years in wealth/asset management with deep exposure to Middle Office, performance, risk analytics, or fund administration.
- Strong command of Fact Set, Bloomberg, Reuters
, and investment data systems. - Proven experience managing stakeholders, teams, or cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical acumen, communication skills, and leadership presence.
- CMA registration or eligibility preferred.
