Four Seasons Kuwait seeks a dynamic Banquet Department Head to lead a high-volume operation within the hotel, coordinating with culinary and events teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will coach, train, and discipline staff, oversee event setups, and ensure quality food and service for on-site and off-site functions, including outdoor catering. Fluency in English is required, Arabic a plus, GCC experience preferred.
