Four Seasons Kuwait is seeking a results driven Banquet Operations leader to oversee the hotel's banquet department, drive culture, coach a high performing team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences for events and functions in Kuwait City.
You will plan and coordinate banquet setups, manage costs, and collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional catering while maintaining service standards in a luxury environment.
