Contract & Location

Full-time, On-site position based in Career Land Center in Kuwait City, KU, KW.

48-hour work week with 2 days off per week.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and coordination of outside catering events
Assist in supervising catering staff on-site during events
Liaise with clients to confirm event details and requirements
Ensure events are set up and executed to brand and quality standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality during events
Support inventory, logistics, and equipment coordination for off-site events
Assist with cost tracking and post-event reporting

Requirements

Arabic speaker
Relevant experience in catering or events operations
Sourcing Recommendation
Arabic-speaking countries:
Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania — plus GCC nationals already based in-country (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE). Morocco can be considered only for female candidates aged 40+.
