Senior Hostess

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are hiring experienced Sr Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

• Greet, acknowledge, seat and farewell guests professionally.
• Recognize VIP and regular guests and coordinate personalized service.
• Manage reservations, special requests, guest profiles and reservation notes.
• Manage seating plans, waitlists, queues and table availability.
• Coordinate table allocation with Floor Manager and service team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and service recovery.
• Maintain guest interaction and complaint records.
• Guide and coach junior hostesses and FOH staff.
• Allocate host-desk duties and monitor performance.
• Coordinate guest information with managers and service staff.
• Maintain host desk, entrance and guest areas.
• Handle telephone calls and reservation inquiries.
• Support promotions, guest loyalty and revenue objectives.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback, VIP activity and service trends.
• Complete shift handovers and ensure the host area is ready for the next shift.

Minimum 2-3 years in restaurant hosting, guest relations, hospitality or similar customer-facing role. Senior/supervisory experience preferred. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience with reservations, waitlists, VIP guests, complaints and service recovery. Sales, loyalty activities or special-event experience is an advantage. Minimum height: 165 cm Fit appearance and professional grooming. Fluent Arabic & English;

additional languages advantageous. Confident, presentable and warm personality. Excellent guest-relations and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and reservation-management skills. Good complaint handling and problem-solving ability. Leadership skills to guide junior staff. Comfortable with reservation systems, tablets, QR feedback tools and MS Office.
