Job Description:
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in line with 5-star hotel standards.

• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service
• Take accurate orders and serve guests efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and politely
• Follow hotel service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
