- Supervise and coordinate all banquet service activities during events, ensuring seamless execution from set-up to breakdown.
- Act as the primary on-floor contact for clients during events, anticipating needs and resolving concerns discreetly and professionally.
- Ensure service delivery reflects IHG Luxury standards of elegance, precision, and personalization.
- Lead, train, and motivate banquet associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews with service teams.
- Allocate staffing efficiently according to event requirements and business levels.
- Ensure function rooms are set according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including table layouts, décor, AV, and special requests.
- Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Sales, and AV teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor service timing, food quality, presentation, and beverage service throughout events.
- Enforce hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with IHG policies, luxury brand standards, and local regulations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and elevate when necessary.
- Assist with inventory control, equipment handling, and damage prevention.
- Support Banquet Manager with reports, staffing schedules, and performance feedback
