Operations Manager F&B Division

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage F & B division. The role ensures efficient operations, high-quality service, customer satisfaction, staff performance, cost control and achievement of business targets.

• Manage and oversee daily F & B operations across all outlets
• Monitor food cost, operational expenses and profitability
• Manage and supervise F & B managers, supervisors and operational staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitor sales, revenue, costs and operational performance
• Manage food, beverage labor and operating expenses
• Control inventory, purchasing, stock levels and wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations
• Support sales, marketing, promotions and business-development activities
• Conduct regular outlet site inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Ensure company policies and F & B standards are consistently implemented
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage teams training, performance evaluation and operational improvements

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Experience with POS, inventory, or F&B management systems is an advantage
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory, and profitability
