Assistant Manager – Hotel Lounge

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of its lounge outlet, ensuring a consistently high standard of guest service and ambiance.

• Support daily operations and service standards within the lounge
• Assist in supervising and training lounge staff
• Ensure guest service, presentation, and ambiance meet luxury brand standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Support scheduling and shift coverage for the outlet

• Must have relevant experience in a similar F&B or lounge management role

• Furnished shared accommodation (rent and limited utilities included)
• Airline ticket allowance every 24 months of service
• 30 days' annual vacation as per Kuwait Labour Law
• Arabic language allowance for eligible work days
• Local government medical insurance and workmen's compensation

• Complimentary nights at partner hotels within the group after 90 days of service

• No probation period for internal transfers within the hotel group; 3 months for external hires

• 3 months' termination notice (or pay in lieu)
• 48-hour work week with 2 days off per week
• Annual salary review in line with hotel policy
