A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a Chef De Partie for its Saheel outlet, with an à la carte culinary background.

• Prepare and present à la carte dishes to the outlet's standards
• Maintain consistency and quality during live service
• Support menu development and daily specials
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
• Coordinate with the wider kitchen brigade during service

• À la carte culinary background required
• Proven Chef De Partie experience

• Furnished shared accommodation (rent and limited utilities included)
