CZAR Fragrances is looking for an organized and people‑oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in Kuwait City. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting day‑to‑day HR operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, including paperwork, induction, and setting up employee records.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee files and HR databases.
  • Help administer attendance, leave records, and timekeeping.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant employee data.
  • Assist with employee relations, engagement activities, and internal communications.
  • Help ensure HR practices comply with Kuwaiti labour law and company policies.
  • Respond to routine employee queries and elevate issues as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role (HR internship experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and record‑keeping.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Kuwaiti labour law is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic is a strong advantage.
