HR manager

HR manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in Human Resources. We are willing to consider foreign candidates and offer a salary of 1700.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Human Resources
• Hands on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or HRMS software preferred
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Strong analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• BSc/MSc degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
