We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Al Kuwait.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing human resources operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, health and safety, performance management and training.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR strategy to meet the company's objectives.
- Create policies, procedures and programs related to the organization's human resources requirements.
- Effectively manage day to day operations of the HR department while developing long term strategies that support organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of local labor law and experience working with immigration regulations (if applicant is an immigrant).
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven approach to problem solving to optimize processes within the organization.
Competitive salary: 1500 per month.
