Position: Talent Acquisition Officer / Senior Officer
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for passionate and driven Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, engaging with candidates, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office, specialist, and managerial-level positions across assigned departments and business units.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, role objectives, technical competencies, and candidate profile expectations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using Linked In, job portals, internal databases, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.
- Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for critical, niche, and managerial-level vacancies.
- Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ experience, technical suitability, leadership capabilities, cultural fit, communication skills, and career motivation.
- Prepare qualified shortlists and present candidate profiles to hiring managers with clear assessment summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, department heads, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders, ensuring a professional and efficient candidate experience.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback, status updates, offer discussions, and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits to confirm salary ranges, internal equity, benefits, approved budgets, and offer packages.
- Prepare salary proposals and employment offers in line with company policies, approved grades, market competitiveness, and management approvals.
- Conduct reference checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment assessments as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system, recruitment tracker, and other relevant HR systems.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, risks, and required actions.
- Work closely with onboarding, Government Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth joining and employee readiness.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information, salary details, organizational changes, and senior-management vacancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing.
- Experience in hiring for multiple functions and levels; GCC or regional exposure is a must.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
