We are looking for a motivated and capable Project Manager to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and successful delivery of projects, with the overall goal of achieving customer satisfaction and increasing company profitability.

• Lead the project design process
• Create and manage project plans
• Develop strategies to meet project goals
• Direct and monitor project progress
• Allocate resources
• Provide technical advice
• Develop budgets
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
• Monitor performance against budget, schedule and quality standards

• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced problem solver
• Highly adaptable
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage teams of engineers or technicians on complex projects
