Supervisor vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field as well as a minimum of two years of experience in the same or similar role.

• Coordinating and managing staff in the department, including setting goals and objectives.
• Overseeing daily operations including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and personnel management.
• Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Analyzing data, identifying trends, making recommendations on process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Developing strategies for increasing efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by monitoring safety protocols and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking initiative when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

• Competitive salary of 1500 KWD per month plus benefits.
