Overview
We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Al‑Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and have the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the business.
- Ensure staff motivation and productivity.
- Ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Develop efficient processes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Team leadership experience (or potential).
- No prior experience required; open to foreign applicants.
