• Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in specialty coffee shops, restaurants, or upscale F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.

• Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver premium customer experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and Qatar Municipality regulations.
• Monitor and control P&L, wastage, inventory variances, and operational costs.
• Manage ordering, stock levels, and accurate forecasting based on sales trends.
• Achieve branch KPIs including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards in ambiance, cleanliness, product quality, and service excellence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Procurement for smooth branch performance.
