Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operational activities of ZAD, ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and strong execution across all operational processes. This senior role requires leadership capability, deep operational expertise, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced fintech environment. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for workflow management, quality control, operational risk identification, and cross-department coordination to support a seamless end-to-end operational experience.
Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight & Execution- Supervise daily operational processes including account openings, transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and system updates.
- Ensure all operational activities meet required quality, accuracy, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor operational dashboards, SLAs, workloads, and team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and support Operations Officers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide coaching to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues to avoid service disruptions.
- Escalate high‑risk or time‑sensitive matters to management and relevant departments.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and internal SOPs.
- Coordinate closely with Client Relations, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution of operational requests.
- Support system testing (UAT), change management, and new feature rollouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to CMA regulations, internal SOPs, data security standards, and operational controls.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal/external audit reviews.
- Implement corrective actions promptly for any operational findings.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports for audit and internal tracking.
- Produce daily/weekly operational performance reports for leadership.
- Ensure proper handover and communication during shift rotations.
- Ensure appropriate coverage, staffing balance, and continuity of service across shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in operations within fintech, banking, brokerage, exchange, or financial services.
- Proven experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, documentation standards, and internal controls.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM, OMS, or workflow systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMA regulations or regulated financial environments is an advantage.
