Supervisor – Al-Kuwait Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can handle the day-to‑day operations with ease and efficiency. The position offers a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- A reliable and responsible attitude, with excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to motivate employees and ensure deadlines are met on time.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead by example and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations, labor laws, employee relations, and financial management principles.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred but not essential.
