Supervisor, Management, Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supervisor role located in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. Responsible for monitoring and directing the work of a team of employees within the company. Desired minimum 2 years of experience leading a team in a similar field. Preferable degree in management, business administration, or related field. Excellent communication skills, motivation, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities are essential.

• Set goals and objectives for the team.
• Recruit new staff and develop effective systems for managing them.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to staff.
• Manage performance issues and conduct appraisals.
• Create regular reports on progress, efficiency, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the organization.
• Motivate employees to reach their potential.
• Communicate changes in policy or procedure effectively to staff members.

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Degree in management, business administration, or related discipline (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
