Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role requires an experienced individual capable of managing a team and providing leadership and guidance.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Manage a team of individuals
- Provide leadership and guidance
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize effectively, and problem‑solve proactively
- Knowledge of management principles, relevant industry regulations, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (Arabic fluency is preferred)
We are offering an attractive salary package of 1,200 KD per month. Applications from foreign candidates are welcome.
