Project Manager – Al‑Kuwait, Kuwait

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our team in Al‑Kuwait. This role is responsible for the successful completion of projects from start to finish while ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work and adhering to deadlines.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems, working autonomously while fostering collaboration among team members.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in project management.
• Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic budgeting knowledge and contract negotiation experience.
• Open to candidates who are not native Kuwaiti citizens.
