Supervisor job vacancy in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues
- Organized, efficient, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of relevant industry regulations
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Experience leading and managing a team, conducting appraisals, delegating tasks, and motivating staff
- Ensure smooth running of all staff under supervision
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Lead by example, motivate staff, delegate tasks, conduct appraisals, and ensure performance targets are met
We offer an attractive salary of 1100 per month for this role and are ready to consider applicants from foreign backgrounds.
