Salary: 1500 per month

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of subordinates, providing guidance, monitoring progress and performance, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, training new employees, monitoring employee performance, resolving conflicts between employees, and providing feedback to management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly identify solutions to problems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities appropriately
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required; willingness to consider immigrants
