Position: Manager

Salary: 1400 KWD/month
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience, speaks both English and Arabic, and excels in organizational and leadership skills. The role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities- Ensure efficient operation of the business.
- Manage staff and develop employee development plans.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Create and implement business strategies.
- Plan projects and oversee compliance with laws and regulations.
- Track key performance metrics.
- Oversee customer relations management systems and resolve customer service issues.
- Minimum of two years of management experience.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
