Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. The role includes managing budgets and resources, supporting staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
The Operations Manager will also prepare regular reports for senior leadership, assist in strategic planning, and support change management initiatives to align operations with organizational priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, process improvement, or business administration.
- Proficiency in organizing workflows, managing resources, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective leadership and people management abilities, including team coordination and performance oversight.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management applications).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
