We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail showroom specializing in commercial fitness equipment for gyms and health clubs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.
- Lead and supervise the sales and operations team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and product availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and support business growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management.
- Previous experience in the fitness equipment or sports equipment industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve operational targets.
