EdtTech Centre Manager

Edoxi Training Institute is looking for a strategic and results-driven Center Manager to lead our Kuwait branch. This role is ideal for an experienced EdTech professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in sales management, P&L ownership, and team leadership within a training institute.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability by managing the branch’s P&L
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and training team
• Enhance CRM systems to optimize operations and improve sales performance
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive business growth
• Ensure service excellence and an outstanding customer experience
• Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a training institute (EdTech experience preferred)
• Strong sales management and business development expertise
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive high-performance teams
• Hands-on experience in CRM system enhancements and sales process optimization
• P&L ownership experience with a strong focus on growth and profitability
