BeCurious Preschool in Kuwait City is seeking a Director of Operations to steer the non-teaching functions so learning can thrive. You will supervise daily operations, safeguarding, health and safety, attendance, and administrative workflows.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years leading operations in a preschool or school, with strong budget tracking, vendor management, and team leadership. English fluency preferred;
Arabic an advantage.
Schedule:
Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
